The role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, identifying capability gaps, and supporting colleagues through coaching and development initiatives, while contributing to high-quality training outcomes and operational excellence ## What you’ll do * Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions using a range of methods such as digital tools, in-person training, and coaching approaches. * Act as a development consultant, promoting the adoption of learning platforms such as Vodafone University. * Adapt and localise learning content to meet specific business and cultural requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver learning priorities and initiatives. * Work closely with HR shared services teams to support training administration and enablement. * Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders including HR, business teams, and global L&D colleagues. * Identify learning needs through audits and provide insights to functional experts. * Track and report on training progress and learner performance. * Deliver upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce capability growth. * Monitor training outcomes and highlight gaps to improve training-to-performance conversion. * Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to enhance learner performance and engagement. * Work flexibly across rotational shifts, including early and late hours as required. ## Who you are * A learning professional with experience in delivering training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer. * Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills. * Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and building strong professional relationships. * Skilled in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning experiences. * Able to understand organisational strategy and align learning initiatives accordingly. * Knowledgeable in coaching techniques and adult learning principles, with relevant certifications considered beneficial. * Experience as a language instructor or in multilingual training environments is advantageous. ## Not a perfect fit?
