Assistente de Promoção e Merchandising

Profissional responsável por impulsionar o sell out da marca, mediante presença nos pontos de vendas. Através da aproximação e relacionamento com os diversos públicos das lojas atua na conquista de participação de visibilidade para garantir a melhor exposição dos produtos e materiais de merchandising. Auxilia nas demandas dos times de Marketing e Comercial. 
 

Descrição detalhada das atribuições:

• Realizar exposição de produtos nos pontos de vendas, através do gerenciamento de categoria e planograma;
• Realizar visitas a clientes, mediante roteiro direcionado através do canal de vendas;
• Organizar e acompanhar eventos para os públicos-alvo, através da execução do ponto de venda e ações de impulsionamento do sell out da marca;
• Ativar os materiais de merchandising e campanhas nos clientes, mediante a estratégia do Plano de Marketing;
• Auxiliar na venda dos produtos, através da presença nos lojistas do canal de atendimento;
• Orientar os públicos quanto a utilização dos produtos da marca, mediante aos treinamentos desenvolvidos pela equipe técnica;
• Acompanhar e identificar a rotatividade e rupturas dos produtos presentes em lojas, através das visitas e organização do setor de tintas;
• Inserir e conferir a precificação e promoções dos produtos, com base nas diretrizes comerciais;

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• Curso de ensino médio completo;
• Carteira de habilitação categoria B;
• Atuação no Rio Grande do Sul;
• Disponibilidade para viagens;

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Curso de ensino superior em andamento ou concluído;
• Conhecimento nas ferramentas Office;
• Experiência na área de Marketing, Trade Marketing e áreas afins;
