About Codes Health
Codes Health is rebuilding how medical records move in the legal system. Today, plaintiff law firms rely on slow, fragmented legacy vendors to retrieve medical records, often waiting weeks with limited visibility and poor reliability. Codes Health replaces that with modern infrastructure: we retrieve medical records nationwide, handle the operational complexity behind every provider, and deliver structured, organized outputs that help firms move cases faster. What makes this especially hard, and exciting, is the underlying complexity. Healthcare operations are deeply fragmented. Providers operate across thousands of independent facilities with different processes, fee structures, departments, and compliance interpretations. Requests are still handled via fax, mail, portals, and phone calls.
We are building an agentic system that can operate reliably across these unstructured workflows end to end. The core challenge is not just data complexity, but reliability under extreme variability. Another way to think about it: we are reverse engineering the back office of every healthcare facility in the U.S., then rebuilding it as a system that continuously learns from outcomes and improves across thousands of edge cases.
