We are looking for a highly creative and user-focused Senior Digital Product Designer with 7–14 years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital products. This role is ideal for a design professional who combines strong UX expertise with product thinking to create seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in end-to-end product design, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. Exposure to Retail and Ad Tech products will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX and product design process for digital products, ensuring exceptional user experiences across platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and cross-functional teams to define user problems and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and interaction guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Validate design decisions through user testing, analytics, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility while making informed design trade-offs.
  • Present design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Mentor junior designers, promote design best practices, and contribute to building a strong design culture.
  • Stay updated with emerging UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and industry design trends.

Requirements

Must-have Skills

  • 7–14 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role in digital product organizations.
  • Strong expertise in UX Design, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Proven experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to understand customer pain points and convert them into intuitive product experiences.
  • Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, user journeys, and design specifications.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and successful product design projects.

Good-to-have Skills

  • Experience designing products for the Retail industry, including e-commerce, omnichannel commerce, inventory, customer engagement, or digital shopping experiences.
  • Exposure to Ad Tech platforms, advertising products, campaign management systems, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with data-driven design using product analytics and experimentation.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced product organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Experience leading complex design initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and creating delightful digital experiences.
