Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a A350 Systems Verification & Validation Integration Leader (f/m) to join our Overall Systems Architecture and Integration department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing aircraft systems architectures and integration. As part of the overall systems integration team, you will be involved in multi-systems requirement, verification, and validation (V&V) leadership aiming at achieving global optimum design, maturity, and flight readiness for A350 aircraft systems.

Your challenges:

  • Lead multi-systems Requirement, Verification and Validation (V&V) activities (redaction of V&V plans, design reviews, operational scenarios, and syntheses).
  • Define the integration V&V strategy and scope in close collaboration with system architects, designers, and test teams (benches and flight tests).  
  • Ensure multi-system non-regression and validate that as-built systems are ready for flight, certification, and Entry Into Service.  
  • Align system development roadmaps, simulation models, and test means readiness across program stakeholders.
  • Drive the transformation of system integration frameworks, toolsuites, and deploy innovative ways of working.


Your boarding pass :

  • Demonstrated professional experience in aircraft systems development.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems engineering principles and avionics systems development processes.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Requirement and V&V Management (RVVM), including toolsuites like DOORS.
  • Advanced level in both English and French.
  • Knowledge of airline operations is considered an asset.


This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
