We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while enabling smooth day-to-day operations for executive stakeholders.What you’ll do
Manage leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsScreen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of leadershipPrepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes with accuracy and clarityCoordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and eventsAct as a liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholdersHandle confidential information professionally and with discretionManage expense reports, invoices, and support budget tracking activitiesAnticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues to support leadership effectivenessConduct research and compile data to support informed decision-makingAssist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as requiredWho you are
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management capabilitiesPossess proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management platformsMaintain high standards of confidentiality and professional integrityExhibit strong problem-solving skills with attention to detailAble to work independently while exercising sound judgementCommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingHold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceNot a perfect fit?
