Sr R&O Maintenance Manager
The Sr R&O Maintenance Manager will be accountable for implementing the maintenance work process, utilizing global tools, and employing the most effective technologies. The individual will be responsible for achieving functional goals, developing financial plans aligned with business needs, and delivering best-in-class maintenance services through an effective maintenance excellence program. You will report directly to the Director ISC Site Leader and work out of the Colonial Heights, VA. site.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of the plant maintenance program.
- Develop and mentor individual contributors, supervisors and maintenance planners.
- Lead projects aimed at improving productivity.
- Engage in strategy development.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure practices and processes are robust and effective.
- Manage talent and resources effectively in a dynamic environment.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of leadership experience in chemical manufacturing.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A proven successful track record of driving maintenance programs and processes.
- Experience in budget management, including planning, forecasting, and variance reporting.

- Advanced degree in engineering or business.
- Advanced manufacturing knowledge focusing on Maintenance and Operational Excellence.
- Experience in Reliability Engineering.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques.
- Understanding of mechanical integrity program management.
- Working knowledge of API inspection and ASME Fabrication Codes.
- Experience in Process Safety Managed sites; knowledge of OSHA 19.10 PSM Elements.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar systems.
- Significant leadership experience and a proven track record of leading teams to successful product delivery.
- Experience improving team performance through coaching and team building.
- A commitment to raising standards annually to drive organizational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Leadership that demonstrates sound and timely judgment in ambiguous environments.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $152343k -$190174k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
