- Engineer agentic loops to enable autonomous decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.

- Implement robust production observability practices to monitor and optimize AI systems in real-world environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
- Deep expertise in AI architecture, including foundation model selection, context-layer design, and agentic loop engineering.
- Hands-on experience with harness testing and production observability practices for AI systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI is highly desirable.
