• Work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that week

• Jump into operations, hiring, go to market, customer deployments, and anything else that needs to move

• Build small systems, automations, and workflows that take manual work off the team's plate

• Run experiments to generate demand, create awareness, and find what scales

• Chase down problems nobody owns yet and drive them to completion

• Constantly ask how software, agents, and automation can replace the work you're doing manually

• Insanely high agency. When something is broken or missing, you fix it without being asked

• Extremely structured. You can take a vague problem and turn it into a clear plan and shipped work

• Hungry to learn fast in an intense environment. Everything else can be picked up on the job

• Naturally entrepreneurial and comfortable operating without clear instructions

• Deeply AI native. You instinctively reach for software, agents, and automation before doing things manually

• Resourceful and creative when the obvious path doesn't exist

• Strong communicator who can work across many different domains
