As a BSCO-Experienced Associate - Payer - Health Transformation, you will engage with global clients to design and implement strategies that drive operational and performance improvements within the healthcare sector. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will contribute to projects that transform payer functions, leveraging your understanding of core operations to develop future operating models and growth strategies. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support global engagements by conducting analyses, developing insights, and preparing models to inform decision-making. You will work directly with client teams, facilitating meetings and organizing recommendations on client issues. Your role will also involve participating in new business development and thought leadership activities, allowing you to expand your professional network and enhance your career growth. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive impactful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Preparing Excel models and analyzing extensive datasets to capture as-is processes and design to-be processes
- Collaborating with client teams to facilitate meetings and enable informed decision-making
- Organizing and preparing recommendations on client issues to support project leads
- Participating actively in new business development and thought leadership activities
- Utilizing GenAI for research and storyboarding to enhance project outcomes
- Conducting independent research to assess market expansion and growth strategies
- Supporting technology-enabled operating model transformations, including workflow redesign and system implementation
- Performing benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate sustainable cost transformation alternatives
- Applying strategic and structured thinking skills to drive operational and process improvements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Ability to run benchmarking analyses
- Experience analyzing large and complex datasets
- Basic knowledge of SQL / automation tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML, & NLP concepts
- Understanding of payer workflows; e.g. benefits, provider data, or credentialing
