It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.求人内容＜採用ポジション＞新製品導入(NPI)プロジェクトマネージャー (POM Project Manager)＜職務内容＞ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発・量産立ち上げを担うNew Product Introduction (NPI)部門において、開発製品を計画通りに市場へ投入するために、US本社、製品開発部門、海外量産工場など多岐にわたるチームと連携の上、開発のスケジュール管理、開発試作計画の立案・実行までの広範囲の領域を担当いただきます。新製品開発立上げプロジェクトまたはプロジェクトマネージメント経験を有し、リーダーシップ、マネージメントスキルを発揮しチームワークを重視し、困難を乗り越えて業務を遂行してきた経験が活かせる業務です。Responsible for leading the successful Development of new products from Staging through mass production. This role acts as the central across PMO, Development Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, and Factory to ensure the New products Schedule to deliver time to market, and meet the required cost, quality and performance levels. The position is a Specialist Development Lead with strong knowledge of overall manufacturing processes and BOM design and project management, and who can lead end‑to‑end projects to improve future work efficiency for future Management candidate.製品開発部門からの要求事項を基に試作計画を立案し、国内外関連部門との調整・指示を行いながら、進捗・在庫・コストを統合的に管理し、新製品市場導入を加速する各種プロジェクトや新規システム導入をリードして、業務プロセスのDX推進を担う。 具体的な業務は以下の通り。新製品開発における製品コアチームの一員であるNPI Program Manager は、新製品開発フェーズにおける NPI(新製品開発) 活動全体を統括し、関連部門へタイムリーに状況を共有・報告する。コアチームでの製品仕様と開発方針, 認定計画の協議と、決定事項の部門展開QSRに向けた認定計画に則った、部品構成計画の設定と展開 HDD製品における新製品開発プログラムを担当し、開発初期フェーズから工場導入および量産立上げまでを一貫してリード部門横断のチームに対して技術およびプログラム面でのリーダーシップを発揮し、新製品導入の成功、事業目標の達成、ならびに開発・製造プロセスの継続的改善を推進NPI Build ステータス／進捗のタイムリーな更新および共有と管理および製造プロセス関連問題の解決までのトラッキング資格＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 新製造技術またはプロセスの量産導入経験製品開発プログラムでチームリード大卒以上メーカーにおけるエンジニアリング経験(5年以上)、及び、他部門を含むチームマネージメント経験マネージメント, PM の経験プロジェクト経験（マネージャー経験尚可）＜あると望ましい経験、資格、スキル＞エンジニアリング、サプライチェーン、ビジネス（MBA）分野における修士号新製造技術またはプロセスの量産導入経験製品開発プログラムでチームリード部下を持ってのプロジェクトマネージャーの経験コストモデリング・ショルダーコスト分析・バリューエンジニアリングの経験グローバルな複雑なサプライチェーン・ソーシング・研究開発パートナーシップにおける経験英語：ビジネスレベル 実務での使用経験は不要ですが、入社後、英語のメールや文書の読み書きは必須 海外エンジニアとの会議・コミュニケーションは頻繁に実施日本語：ネイティブレベル（社内外含む業務上の調整、会議、資料作成、会話が可能）Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field8–14 + years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, or OperationsStrong understanding of product development and manufacturing processesProven experience leading cross‑functional teams and global teamEnglish - business levelJapanese - Native levelPreferred QualificationsExperience with high‑volume manufacturing or complex electromechanical productsExperience working with global manufacturing sites and suppliersProject Management Skills or equivalent certification is a plus  その他の情報　【想定年収】900万円 ～ 1300万円 　　　　         ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定　【雇用会社】ウエスタンデジタルテクノロジーズ合同会社　【勤務地詳細】神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地　（湘南台駅よりバス10分）　【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日 　　　　　　  ハイブリッド勤務可(週3日以上出社)　【諸手当】 　　　　-通勤手当（上限15万円/月） 　　　　　　※電車・バス・自家用車（ガソリン代支給）通勤可 　　　　-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による 　　　　　　引越手当（独身者/単身者：450,000円、家族帯同：750,000円） 　　　　　　家賃補助（最長入社から6年間）　【昇給】あり　【賞与】年１回　(インセンティブボーナス)　【休日休暇】 　　　　-完全週休2日制（土日）、祝日、年末年始、夏季休暇、GW休暇 　　　　-年間休日...
