Operations Senior Manager Placement and Policy Servicing

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This senior leadership role is focused on shaping and advancing the Placement and Policy Servicing strategy within a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive service excellence, improve end-to-end processes, and help deliver the most comprehensive insurance consulting service to our clients. The role requires a strong blend of insurance industry experience, strategic thinking, and people leadership to support business growth and transformation.

We will count on you to:

• Lead the Placement and Policy Servicing function with a focus on strategic direction, service excellence, and alignment to business priorities
• Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to enhance the client experience and support the delivery of high-quality insurance consulting services
• Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Support and develop team leaders and colleagues, strengthening leadership capability and building a strong talent pipeline
• Lead centralization and change initiatives, defining roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals and future operating models
• Monitor performance, service levels, workload, and operational risk, ensuring effective governance and timely delivery
• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to support current and future business needs
• Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards

What you need to have:

• Master’s degree
• 10+ years of total work experience, including 5+ years in insurance or financial services
• Strong leadership and people management experience in operations, insurance, or financial services
• Proven experience in the insurance sector, ideally within policy-related operations in an insurance company, insurance brokerage company, or insurance operations environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and manage difficult conversations effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
