As a Palantir Developer-Senior Associate- Analytics as service - Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of managing and strategizing managed services, focusing on data, analytics, and AI. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive their business forward.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them grow while maintaining professional and technical standards. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions that align with the firm's methodologies and business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational performance
- Managing stakeholder engagement to align project delivery with client expectations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Designing and executing workflow automation solutions to optimize process efficiency
- Leading continuous process improvement efforts to support operational excellence
- Coordinating project planning and deliverable planning to achieve timely delivery of services
- Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Overseeing service level management to maintain service quality and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot performance issues and implement effective solutions
- Supporting business process outsourcing and transformation projects to enhance client operations

What You Must Have

- Hands on experience in Palantir Platform & Data Modeling, PyThon/Pyspark, SQL
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
