As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will be at the forefront of financial due diligence, helping clients navigate complex transactions and uncovering key financial insights. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support client acquisition strategies
- Analyzing financial statements and models to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Developing financial forecasts and plans to guide profitable growth and decision-making
- Reviewing industry trends to inform strategic recommendations and financial planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
