Your Role: As a Supply Chain Master Data Specialist – EMEA, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Supply Chain and Intercompany Master Data across the EMEA network. In this role, you will ensure master data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with established processes, supporting business operations, product launches, and strategic initiatives. You will also act as a key technical resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality master data solutions.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Supply Chain and Intercompany Master Data in SAP and associated systems.
  • Deliver high-quality master data solutions for product launches, strategic projects, and business initiatives.
  • Ensure master data changes comply with global standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assess the impact of local and global changes, including SAP updates, regulatory requirements, manufacturing changes, and supply chain updates.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives, including enhancements within the MDM system and use of data maintenance tools such as Winshuttle.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness using available reporting and analytical tools.
  • Support annual standard costing activities and planning parameter reviews where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot SAP and related system issues, identify root causes, and support implementation of sustainable solutions.
  • Investigate data deviations and provide impact assessments for change management.
  • Contribute to global Master Data Management initiatives and share best practices across teams.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and company standards.
     

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales Affiliates, or Master Data Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Data Management.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience with SAP Master Data creation, maintenance, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and Data Management.
  • Experience with SAP integration and Level 3 systems.
  • Experience with MDM tools and mass upload solutions (e.g., Winshuttle).
  • Ability to drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Motivation to continuously learn and share knowledge with others.
