We've got you covered with on demand payQuarterly bonuses (based on team achievement and up to 6% of wages)Full benefits package – medical, dental, vision & 401(k) matchGenerous PTO & holidaysGrowth opportunities to expand skillsets and enhance careerAmazing team & culture focused on: Communication | Community Involvement | Wellness | Employee ActivitiesOther Benefits & Programs We Offer:Full-time & stable hours – no seasonal cuts!Referral bonus programTuition reimbursementHSA Medical plan option with annual company contributionPerks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & moreProven continued business growth for future opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoEnsures compliance with Gehl Foods safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Operates and observes production line equipment to ensure food safety, product quality and conformity meeting customer standards and specificationsBecomes proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP), operation and/or Clean-in-Place (CIP) of assigned fillerPerforms basic clean, inspect and lube functions including basic Preventative Maintenance (PMs)Actively participates in startup, troubleshooting/adjustment, stop/reset and shutdown of line equipment - Clears jams and reports malfunctions to Business Lead/Supervisor as necessaryPerforms changeovers - Completes line clears and accurately sets up next item's packaging and codingReports out of standard/specification results to the Quality Department and Business Unit Lead/SupervisorReports unsafe conditions or other compliance issues to the Business Unit Lead/SupervisorCompletes handwritten instructions and on-line documentation including Quality and Critical Control Point (CCP) checks accurately and at the required frequenciesMaintains accurate and detailed work log (including Factory MES data collection) and inventory recordsMonitors and reviews inventory and production levels to achieve the most efficient operating conditionsMaintains assigned work area and production environment in clean orderly condition - completes environmental cleaning requirements as necessaryActively participates in shift exchanges and work team meetings.Safely operates forklifts as needed to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materialsOther duties as assigned
Requirements
What You’ll Need6 months previous manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line production experienceDemonstrated organizational and observational skills, and detail-orientedBasic mathematical calculation skillsDemonstrated ability to read, write and listen to written and oral and instructions in the English languageDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
