Talent Acquisition Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Post job vacancies through internal and external recruitment channels.
Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Conduct job intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job profiles.
Coordinate and conduct initial competency-based interviews.
Validate candidate documentation and employment history.
Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
Generate recruitment reports and track KPIs (time to hire, candidate quality).
Coordinate hiring processes.
Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on operational, manufacturing, high-volume, and/or technical recruiting.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Proven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and selection processes.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday and Tress Revolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience bringing to bear job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize, handle deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
