This role focuses on managing and prioritising product backlogs, aligning business goals with technical delivery, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. The position requires deep understanding of billing systems, customer lifecycle processes, and end-to-end telecom flows, particularly within Cable/TV domains.What you’ll do Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needsTranslate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteriaCollaborate with product managers, architects, operations teams, and stakeholders to define product roadmapsAct as the voice of the customer within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Participate in SAFe ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) planningEnsure application lifecycle ownership from planning and development to production and optimisationDrive incident resolution, production support, and continuous service improvementMaintain compliance with regulatory and organisational standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, security)Manage dependencies, technical enablers, and architectural runway planningEngage with vendors and cross-functional teams to address issues and optimise deliveryEnsure readiness for testing, deployment, and production with strong focus on quality and stabilityWho you are Experienced professional with strong knowledge of Telecom BSS platforms, especially billing and customer communication systemsFamiliar with tools such as Brite Bill and end-to-end telecom workflowsSkilled in Agile methodologies, preferably within SAFe frameworksCertified in Agile Product Ownership (e.g., SAFe POPM, CSPO or equivalent)Adept at managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across technical and business teamsKnowledgeable in DevSecOps practices, production support, and incident resolutionCapable of analysing complex systems and ensuring alignment with architectural standardsFluent in English with strong collaboration and problem-solving skillsNot a perfect fit?
