- Schedule: Sunday – Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm, Flexible schedule
- Registers patients for services and ensures accuracy in insurance identification, selection, and authorization requirements.
- Obtains required patient documents from in-house patients or appropriate representatives.
- Creates accurate good faith estimates to maximize upfront cash collections and add collection documentation as needed.
- Maintains schedule flexibility and arranges continual coverage of assigned workstations to promptly assist customers.
- Properly identifies patients to ensure armband accuracy, inputs demographic information, and secures required forms for compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and adroit ability to use discretion when discussing patient related information that is confidential in nature
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and database programs [Required]
- Ability to operate general office machines, such as, computers, facsimiles, copiers, and scanners
- Ability to effectively learn and perform multiple tasks and organize work in a systematic and efficient fashion
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pay Range:
$16.14 - $25.83Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
