CE Industrial Controls Systems Engineer Manager
Manage a team of highly qualified engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Utilize telemetry analytics to drive informed decision-making, proactively identifying and addressing issues to optimize system availability and performance. Maintaining Industrial Control Systems (ICS-BAS/EPMS) availability, data quality, service and change management, reporting, and the security of all ICS systems in the Data Centers. Site level ICS program and project management, and both govern and directly participate in the execution of global initiatives related to ICS systems. Governing logical and physical access, approval, and permissions related to all ICS systems, networks, workstations, and servers that provide datacenter monitoring and controls. Empowering a culture of safety and security in global datacenter operations by complying with CO+I's safety programs and policies and completing compliance knowledge assessments. Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering OR equivalent experience. Experience building and leading an Industrial Controls Engineering team for Data Center Infrastructure. 3+ years people management experience, particularly managing a global Industrial Controls System teams. 3+ years experience managing cross-functional, cross-organizational team projects
