This individual will assist and support Engineers who perform in-depth complaint analysis & investigations: root cause analysis, returned product analysis, and investigation closure for BSC manufactured and OEM products.Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. RelocationRelocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. VISABoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this timeYour responsibilities will include:Perform returned product analysis: visual inspection, dimensional, mechanical, and electrical testingMaintain CIS laboratory in compliance with governing regulations and standards.Maintain work instructions related to the labs and returned product.Disposition returned product, including retention and storage of returned product according to documented procedures.Maintain test equipment used in labsPerform x-ray analysis for CIS and additional departments (R&D and DQA)Work is supervised and completed according to specific, documented instructions.Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, Lab tech, CIS Engineers, vendors and other personnel in the section or group.Required qualifications:2-4 Years with High School Diploma and/orEquivalent experience, training , or apprenticeshipsRequisition ID: 631506 Minimum Salary: $ 50232 Maximum Salary: $ 85384 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
