Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Tech Radar : You will identify, research, and assess emerging digital technologies and trends that are relevant or could become relevant for Infineon. Working closely with experts and stakeholders across different functions, you will contribute to the continuous development of Infineon’s Tech Radar and help enhance the platform used to visualize and communicate key technology trends within the company Engagement Reviews : You will support the development of a cross-team exchange concept aimed at strengthening collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. In addition, you will help set up and maintain the required technical infrastructure, for example in Microsoft Teams, and actively contribute to defining effective ways of working that enable teams to leverage synergies and collaborate as one team ID2030 PMO Support : You will support the Program Management Office (PMO) of a company-wide digital transformation program. In this role, you will help prepare and follow up on cross-functional workshops, coordinate activities across different teams, and create presentations tailored to a variety of stakeholder groups. This position offers valuable insights into strategic program management and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study field : You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program Experience : Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in consulting, project management, or the startup environment Personality : You are a team player and have an independent, agile, and goal-oriented approach to work. You also enjoy interacting with a variety of stakeholders Interests : You have a strong affinity for digitalization topics and a quick grasp of complex concepts. You also have a strong interest in the intensive use and configuration of collaboration platforms Language skills : You have very good written and spoken German and English skills Availability : You are interested in a long-term collaboration of 16–20 hours per week Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report Important information: Working part-time : The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
