If you like building, learning, and want to make a real impact, come join us!About the RoleWe’re hiring our first In-House Head of Legal to join exacare ai. This is a true 0 → 1 role at the center of the company. You’ll help define how legal operates, build the systems and playbooks from scratch, and scale what works as we grow.You’ll be involved across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Growth, Operations, and Leadership to support everything from customer contracts to vendor agreements and compliance. The goal is simple: help the company move fast, close deals, and operate responsibly.This is a broad, hands-on legal role for someone who can partner across the business on commercial, corporate, and compliance matters as we scale. You’ll play a key role in supporting our contracting function while also helping build the legal infrastructure, processes, and controls needed for a growing healthcare technology company.We’re looking for a high-agency builder who wants real ownership. Someone who is excited to be the go-to legal partner, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to build a function that enables the business rather than slows it down.
