Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as the Chief of Staff to the Director and Deputy Director, Task Force Support Office (TFSO) located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Provides specialized Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Mission Assurance (MA) support to specified organizations under all conditions. Conducts cross cutting, coordinated organizational reviews including missions and functions, strategic planning linking organizational performance and results-oriented management initiatives, COOP. Conducts special studies and analysis. In response to tasks from the Director or Deputy Director, the incumbent performs intensive reviews and studies of the TFSO mission areas that are of critical interest and significance. Coordinates with Department of War (DoW) senior officials and other senior officials on major and sensitive issues. Provides organizational perspective to ensure proper coordination to identify and direct necessary corrective actions for programs and ensures that successes and lessons learned are recognized and shared with other tenant commands.)
