Unless approved by HR and supporting parties.Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:  The Cell Therapy Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth of Viracor’s cell therapy testing portfolio through strategic co-selling of CAR T and other cell therapy–associated diagnostics. This role partners closely with field sales, treatment centers, and internal and external commercial and medical stakeholders to expand test utilization and upstream and downstream marketing across the cell therapy continuum. The Business Development Manager is accountable for achieving area revenue goals, strengthening key account relationships, and positioning Viracor as a trusted diagnostic partner in the rapidly evolving cell therapy landscape.Essential Job Duties:Drive revenue growth by co-selling Viracor’s cell therapy testing solutions alongside CAR T and cell therapy manufacturers and field sales into treatment centers and across integrated delivery networks (IDN)Identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships with academic medical centers, transplant programs, IDNs and oncology networks involved in cell therapy deliveryExecute area business plans that align with corporate objectives, focusing on increasing test adoption across the cell therapy patient journeyCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, marketing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions to customersLead complex sales processes from opportunity identification through close, including stakeholder mapping, value articulation, and contract alignmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and...
