The Continuous Improvement & Learning Manager is the driving force behind learning excellence, process governance, knowledge management, and continuous improvement within the Finance Knowledge Centre's Working Capital operations.
By partnering with Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, HR, and Transformation teams, the role shapes a high-performing and future-ready organization through standardized onboarding, capability development, process excellence, and effective change adoption.
Owning the Working Capital Learning Framework, the role ensures workforce readiness, accelerates knowledge transfer, and strengthens organizational capabilities while maintaining best-in-class documentation and knowledge management standards.
Leading a team of CI & Learning experts and providing functional leadership to Process Excellence SMEs, the manager champions a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation, enabling sustainable business performance and successful transformation outcomes.
How you create impact
Learning Governance, Onboarding & Capability Development
- Responsible for the definition and execution of the KC Onboarding and training program framework/methodology and LMS utilization in close collaboration with Sgi MF-D and in accordance with local and global principles and frameworks.
- Owns and continuously evolves the KC training portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence standards and future capability requirements.
- Defines and governs training quality standards and KPIs to ensure standardized approach across teams, effective knowledge transfer, accelerated employee proficiency and time-to-productivity, and strengthens workforce readiness across all functions.
- Develops, coaches, and supports trainers, mentors (Advanced and Senior Specialists) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver impactful, high-quality learning experiences and training content.
- Partners with KNGS HR in content design, roll out of Talent Program for KC key roles.
Process Governance, Documentation & Knowledge Management
- In close alignment with GPOs, ensures the Process Visibility Tool (with a primary focus on T4 documentation) is maintained as the single source of truth for operational processes, driving high-quality and consistent documentation standards, including the accurate capture of country-specific requirements, local variations, and process exceptions.
- Governs the Work Instruction (WI) framework, ensuring harmonized documentation standards, consistent terminology, and effective use of visual aids in line with GPO/PTT guidelines.
- Oversees WI publication, maintenance, and annual reviews to ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and ongoing relevance.
- Acts as "super user" and go-to person for the EMT (Exception Management Tool). Trains SME, if required. Ensures culture of documenting exceptions is installed. Coordinates yearly review of all documented exceptions in EMT. Overlooks creator access.
- Provide framework for AR/AP/GS in alignment with site guidance. Train, guide and support SME on process mapping.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Management
- Partners with KNGS Transformation and Automation team to train and guide operational team and SME on CI methodology. Measure and quantify impact from process improvement initiatives to allow go-/no-go assessment.
- Analyzes KC performance trends and KPI achievement, delivering management summaries and recommendations to KC Head and Leadership team to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement, thus ensuring regular (monthly) quality checks are in place.
Change Management & Communications
- Owns and maintains the KC/GS BlueNet site, ensuring relevant, accurate, and engaging content while supporting the KC Head in internal communications, newsletters, employee engagement initiatives, and site-wide announcements.
- Upon need, supports and guides operational teams in the preparation, structuring, and facilitation of regular business update meetings.
- Support with training materials and communications in rollout of global system launches as per need; if appointed by GPO, act as Project Manager for the rollout of global change in process (e.g. MOP releases/changes) in the countries in scope of the service location.
Location Based Functions & Responsibilities

What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Continuous Improvement, preferably within a Shared
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives, supporting the successful implementation and adoption of organizational changes
- Experience in Shared Service / Knowledge Centre environment is an advantage. Services, Knowledge Centre, or Finance environment.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, developing and managing performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Expertise in adult learning principles, training methodologies and knowledge transfer practices
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong Project management and Change management skills.
- Excellent communication (written/spoken) and stakeholder management skills
