TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST PRINCIPAL

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Telecommunications Analyst Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of civilian customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of personal and physical assets through the extension of an equipment's lifecycle through triage, testing, repair, and maintenance activities.
● Lead a team of equipment technicians tasked with equipment testing and maintenances activities
● Collaborate with the program's supply chain and government property management teams to ensure equipment is tracked and services procured as needed to support the lifecycle of assigned equipment
● Drive throughout and efficiency for the team through the development of processes, cross-training, and metrics
● Utilize technical skills to meet contractual product lifecycle requirements for telecommunications, security, and other technology products

● Provides guidance for the analysis, maintenance and modification of complex equipment systems to meet operations standards
Provides guidance regarding equipment and systems usage
Provides guidance to the team for the testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting of hardware equipment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Experience with testing, repair, and maintenance of telecommunications, security and monitoring equipment
● Security clearance level: Secret
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Onsite in Sterling, VA

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
