Salary Range: $130,000–$180,000 Annually (based on experience)

Job Summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Windchill Middleware Developer with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations between PTC Windchill and business-critical applications including ERP, MES, CAD, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Windchill Info*Engine, Windchill Java APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware technologies, and enterprise integration architecture, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance PLM integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations between PTC Windchill and ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Architect and implement CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, and other engineering design systems.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, SOAP web services, Info*Engine tasks, OData services, and Java-based integration components.
- Build enterprise integration solutions using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), Apache Camel, or similar technologies.
- Design scalable event-driven integration solutions using Kafka, JMS, or message queue technologies.
- Optimize integration performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability and reliability across enterprise environments.
- Support Windchill upgrades, migrations, API versioning, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with PLM, ERP, Manufacturing, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Lead technical design reviews, establish integration best practices, and mentor junior developers and integration engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of professional experience in PLM integration and enterprise application development, including extensive experience with PTC Windchill.
- Expert knowledge of Windchill Info*Engine, Windchill Java API, REST/SOAP web services, OData, XML, JSON, and SQL.
- Extensive experience integrating Windchill with SAP, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise business applications.
- Strong knowledge of CAD integration patterns and engineering data exchange processes.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SAP CPI, or similar integration technologies.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or enterprise messaging platforms.
- Strong Java programming skills and experience with enterprise integration frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PTC Windchill Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
- Experience with ThingWorx, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Thread, or Smart Manufacturing integrations.
- Experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft API Manager, or Azure API Management.
- Familiarity with cloud-native integration services on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized integration services.
- Experience supporting regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Manufacturing, or Defense.
