This role focuses on negotiating and managing government leases across a portfolio of commercial properties, while also supporting the expansion of third-party leasing services.What You’ll Do:Negotiate government leases across a portfolio of ~100 owned and 30 managed commercial propertiesSupport and expand third-party leasing services for small property owners navigating government leasesProactively conduct outreach to property owners with expiring government leasesManage 2–3 lease negotiations per month (volume may fluctuate)Contribute to building out the business development side of the function (no rigid quotas currently)Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, and communicationWork within government leasing portals (experience a plus) to manage lease processesLeverage systems such as Triple AP as needed (not required)What You Bring:5+ years of leasing and lease contracting experienceBackground in government lease negotiations REQUIRED (GSA experience REQUIRED)Comfortable with business development, outreach, or marketing effortsExperience within a commercial real estate firm (e.g., leasing/procuring deals)Assertive, solutions-oriented, and confident working with government entitiesCulture:This team operates with a family-first mindset while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
