Job Overview
Consultant role focused on driving Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) through data-driven strategies, advanced
analytics, and consulting frameworks to optimize commercial performance.
Essential Skills
•Hand on experience in Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE)
•Proficient in at least two of the following areas - Segmentation and Targeting, Salesforce Sizing, Salesforce Alignment, Market Mix Modelling
•Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques within your area of expertise
•Proficient in advanced excel, SQL, Python/R
•Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
•Strong communication skills - should be comfortable presenting their work to offshore and onshore leads
Good to have skills
• Experience in Salesforce Performance reporting & dashboarding
• Experience in Incentive Compensation Design
• Exposure to Advance Analytics techniques and ML algorithm - predictive, clustering, optimization
