With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!Your MissionAs a People & HR Generalist, you will own the full breadth of our HR work – from recruiting to onboarding to HR operations. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers and actively help shape our people processes.Independently managing the recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers)Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboardingMaintaining personnel files, contracts and HR documentationBeing the point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questionsHelping develop HR processes and policiesSupporting payroll preparation in collaboration with external payroll providersContributing to employer branding and employee retention initiativesYour skills and qualificationsCompleted training or degree with a focus on HR/personnel, or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operationsExperience using applicant tracking and HR toolsStrong communication skills and a feel for peopleStructured, discreet and reliable way of workingGood German and English skillsNice to haveKnowledge of German labor lawExperience in a start-up or scale-up environmentExperience in technical recruiting (Engineering, Product)What you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceA broad scope of responsibilities with a lot of ownershipDirect influence on building modern HR processesFlexible working hours and remote/hybrid optionsAn appreciative company culture with short decision-making pathsDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
