About the Role

The Assistant Business Development Manager – Digital Commerce is responsible for driving accelerated growth of Unilever International’s Digital Commerce business across key ecommerce platforms. This role integrates customer, channel, brand, and shopper insights into strong in platform execution, ensuring best in class consumer experience and delivery of topline, market share, and profitability ambitions.

The role works closely with local market teams, regional Digital Commerce, marketing, media, supply chain, and external partners to bring Unilever International brands to life across online marketplaces and social commerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Commerce Growth & Execution
1. Drive Digital Commerce growth agenda in Thailand in line with market and channel strategies.
2. Support execution of operations and campaigns, including category growth, GMV, market share, and campaign performance.
3. Ensure strong Design for Channel execution: right assortment, pricing, promotions, media, and content by platform.

Platform & Customer Management
1. Manage daytoday execution with key ecommerce platforms (e.g., pureplay marketplaces, social commerce, omnichannel partners).
2. Partner closely with customers and enablers to improve online execution excellence, availability, and fulfilment.
3. Support joint business planning, trade investments, and operational rhythm with customers.

Shopper Marketing & Campaigns
1. Translate shopper insights and data into strong online activations for BAU and mega campaign periods.
2. Support end to end execution of platform campaigns, including assortment readiness, onsite visibility, media, and promotional mechanics.
3. Work closely with Marketing and Media teams to ensure flawless execution of ecommerce media and content.

Performance Tracking & Governance
1. Track performance vs. targets: GMV, ROI, trade spend, content KPIs, and execution standards.
2. Monitor and manage channel investment and P&L performance to ensure spend is within plan.
3. Embed testandlearn mindset and continuous improvement across platforms and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Media, and Regional Digital Commerce teams to ensure endtoend excellence.
