支持TA Lead制定品牌战略与业务规划，执行指定品牌或适应症的中长期发展战略
- 基于客户需求、患者旅程、市场趋势及竞争环境分析形成业务洞察。
- 制定年度品牌计划、关键业务目标及增长策略。
- 建立关键业务假设，并支持商业决策及资源配置。
新产品上市及生命周期管理
- 支持TA Lead新产品、新适应症及重点业务项目的上市规划与执行。
- 推动上市前准备、上市执行及上市后优化工作。
- 负责品牌生命周期管理，持续提升品牌竞争力及市场表现。
- 与医学及市场准入团队合作，支持证据生成和市场发展。
市场洞察与客户策略
- 深入分析客户行为、市场动态及竞争变化。
- 组织和应用市场调研结果，不断优化品牌策略。
- 制定客户细分及目标客户策略。
- 推动客户导向的解决方案设计与实施。
整合营销规划与项目管理
- 制定并推动跨渠道营销计划实施。
- 设计和执行疾病教育、品牌推广及数字化营销项目。
- 管理关键项目时间表、预算及外部合作伙伴。
- 监测项目效果并持续优化执行质量。
跨职能协作与影响力领导
- 领导跨职能团队推动项目实施。
- 与销售、医学、市场准入、法规、BI&A及其他支持部门紧密合作。
- 与全球及区域团队协同，推动最佳实践在中国市场落地。
- 建立并维护关键利益相关方合作关系。
业务表现与财务管理
- 建立并追踪品牌关键绩效指标（KPI）。
- 分析业务表现并制定改进计划。
- 负责品牌预算管理及投资优化。
- 支持业务预测和经营规划。
合规管理
- 确保所有市场活动符合国家法律法规、行业规范及公司政策要求。

- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学相关专业；
- 8年以上医药行业相关经验；
- 5年以上市场营销经验；
- 具备独立负责品牌或重点业务项目经验；
- 具备新品上市、适应症上市或生命周期管理经验优先；
- 具备优秀的市场洞察能力和战略思维能力；
- 具备优秀的项目管理及跨职能协作能力；
- 具备优秀的沟通影响力和利益相关方管理能力；
- 肿瘤领域经验优先，免疫肿瘤经验尤佳；

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
