As a Guidewire Integration Developer- Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, a software suite that provides insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test software solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance organizations, driving continuous adaptation to emerging technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of Guidewire integration projects
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to deliver on client expectations
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance delivery and inspire others

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Guidewire Certification 
- Hands on experience in of the Guidewire products in Integration 

- Excelling in Guidewire ClaimCenter/ PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter

- Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting / UI / Data Model) 
- Demonstrating proficiency in PolicyCenter software development
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive client engagement
- Embracing change and innovation in system development
- Developing skills in software development methodologies
