Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet evolving requirements. The engineer plays a key role in driving innovative cloud adoption that supports next-generation business capabilities and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and migration processes.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and storage considerations in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
