The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet evolving requirements. The engineer plays a key role in driving innovative cloud adoption that supports next-generation business capabilities and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and migration processes.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and storage considerations in cloud platforms.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
