As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within project delivery, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires active engagement with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that emerging ideas are effectively implemented, thereby enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical insight, and clear communication to foster trusted advisor relationships and drive impactful business transformations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to build collective expertise.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of business process integration and technology implementation within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing complex delivery engagements and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic project settings.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Concur.
