Votre impact

• Réaliser des études de simulation en domaines phasoriel (RMS) et transitoire (EMT) pour les systèmes HVDC.
• Vérifier la performance dynamique des systèmes de commande et de protection HVDC.
• Convertir de grands modèles de réseaux électriques en équivalents réduits.
• Développer des modèles dans divers outils d’analyse de réseaux électriques.
• Soutenir les essais en usine et les équipes travaillant sur les simulateurs en temps réel.
• Présenter les résultats d’ingénierie et participer aux réunions de projet.
• Collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires du soutien aux offres à l’exécution.

Votre profil

• MSc ou PhD en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en études EMTDC et en simulations HVDC (PSCAD, PSSE, EMTP‑RV, PowerFactory, etc.).
• Forte capacité analytique et souci du détail pour résoudre des problématiques complexes.
• Approche structurée et rigoureuse des tâches et livrables.
• À l’aise de travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais; le français est un atout.

How you'll make an impact

• Perform phasor (RMS) and transient (EMT) simulation studies for HVDC systems.
• Verify dynamic performance of HVDC control and protection systems.

Your background

• MSc or PhD in Electric Power Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with EMTDC studies and HVDC system simulations (e.g., PSCAD, PSSE, EMTP‑RV, PowerFactory).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when solving complex problems.
• Structured approach to engineering tasks and time‑sensitive deliverables.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Proficient in English; French is an asset.
