Responsibilities
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Support clients with coverage placement renewals claims coordination policy analysis and ongoing service needs
- Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure appropriate coverage solutions and support underwriting processes
- Contribute to client retention and growth initiatives through proactive service and timely issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high quality service delivery
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems such as AMS360 EPIC or similar platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures carrier requirements and policy accuracy standards
- Support audits reporting and general account servicing activities with attention to detail and timeliness
- Track and manage service requests ensuring completion and proper communication with clients
Strategic Contribution
- Assist in identifying coverage gaps exposures and risk mitigation strategies for clients
- Partner with internal teams to support new business opportunities including submissions and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service accuracy
- Support team initiatives focused on improving client experience and operational performance
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required
- Two or more years of data entry administrative or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Preferred
- Experience in employee benefits TPA organizations COBRA or claims processing
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems and data platforms
- Experience handling client service interactions across phone and digital channels

Licensure & Certifications
This position may require:
Active State Property & Casualty License
Ability to obtain required licensure within 6 months of hire
Ongoing continuing education to maintain active status
