About the Role:
- Lead and manage the QA/QC function for all civil and structural works.
- Establish, implement, and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, quality plans, and inspection procedures.
- Oversee inspections and testing for earthworks, foundations, concrete, reinforcement, structural works, waterproofing, and other civil activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality requirements.
- Review material submittals, test certificates, laboratory reports, and quality documentation.
- Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, testing agencies, and the client on quality-related matters.
- Monitor and manage NCRs, observations, defects, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance of construction activities.
- Review quality trends and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring defects.
- Maintain comprehensive quality records and ensure timely submission of QA/QC reports.
- Lead snagging, punch list closure, testing, and quality documentation for project handover.

- Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
