What you’ll do

As a Project Specialist in Customer Delivery, you'll play a key role in delivering projects and work packages that help our customers achieve their business goals. From the moment a project is handed over, you'll take ownership of planning, coordinating and driving delivery, ensuring everything stays on track, on budget and aligned to customer expectations.

Working closely with customers, technical teams and key stakeholders, you'll define project scope, agree delivery plans and manage resources to ensure successful outcomes. You'll be proactive in identifying risks and issues, putting mitigation plans in place and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining strong project governance, ensuring delivery aligns with VodafoneThree's project management framework and best practice standards. Alongside this, you'll manage project finances, tracking budgets, costs and billing milestones while maintaining a clear understanding of project performance and commercial impact.

Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, keeping multiple priorities moving forward and bringing people together to deliver great results. Whether you're managing a standalone project or contributing to a larger programme, you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive a seamless, high-quality delivery experience.

Who you are

• Provide clear leadership and direction for cross functional teams.
• Experience in both customer-facing service roles and project environments is essential.
• Collaborate on planning drive projects according to the plan and maintain the integrity and accuracy of project data.
• PRINCE2 Foundation required – progressing towards Practitioner level or an equivalent Project Management qualification.
• Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project.
• Agile experience is desirable.
