In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Job Objective

DBS is seeking a highly skilled individual to manage end-to-end agile delivery within the wealth domain. This role focuses on ensuring seamless project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement, particularly concerning KYC, investment regulations, and onboarding projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end agile delivery, from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, and Digiwealth release management.
• Demonstrate a proven record in change management, innovation, and leadership to drive project success.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating effectively across various teams and platforms at all levels.
• Ensure alignment of delivery dependencies on other teams/platforms within their roadmaps and synchronize integration environments for release management.
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills to manage competing demands efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical and business leads to proactively address impediments, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring continuous workflow and preventing bottlenecks.
• Track, monitor, and report on team delivery outcomes to analyze metrics, identify constraints, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead software development projects effectively, ensuring all objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
• Handle problem and incident management with a focus on the end-to-end journey, including swift impact identification, timely resolution to minimize disruption, stakeholder communication, and post-incident analysis for improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in the wealth domain, with a particular emphasis on KYC, investment regulations, and onboarding project delivery.
• Proven experience in managing agile delivery end-to-end, showcasing expertise in requirements gathering, development, testing, and release management.
• Demonstrated ability in change management, innovation, and strong leadership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating effectively across diverse teams and with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational capabilities to navigate complex demands.
• A proven track record of leading software development projects and achieving project objectives.
• Experience in comprehensive problem/incident management, including impact assessment, resolution, stakeholder communication, and post-mortem analysis.
