About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD)
  • Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution
  • Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS)
  • Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment
  • Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
