Please feel free to join us and be part of our inspiring journey.[Purpose Statement]We have a newly created role for a Clinical Specialist based on the sales field to join our passionate BSC IO team. The key responsibilities include providing clinical insights into the product, procedure and protocol. The Clinical Specialist also drives business growth and develops new opportunities to increase sales revenue.[Key Responsibilities (90% for the field task / 10% for the office work)]Actively promote key products through providing comprehensive clinical solutions and having effective collaboration with sales and marketing teamsProvide ongoing clinical education and a conceptual procedure to maximize IO product’s features & benefits as well as serves as a primary resource for clinical support in the designated accountsDevelop and implement sales & marketing strategies based on the relevant factors (e.g., products, procedures and competitors) of existing and potential accounts to promote the company's productsBuild and manage strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and their stakeholders in assigned territory to ensure appropriate product positioningRespond to customer requirements and seeking their potential needs regarding products and service by developing feasible solutions or working with other stakeholdersObserve actual procedures in assigned accounts to gain both practical and academic insights from operators and physician assistantsContinue to introduce and position BSC main products to ensure sustainable sales growth[Required Qualifications] 2-6 years of working knowledge/experience in medical devices/pharmPassion to learn and dedicate to improving patient’s livesHighly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionGood written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as with a teamAbility to Planning, Prioritizing and self-time management skills[Preferred Qualifications] Professional experience in Peripheral Intervention, Hepatology, Gastroenterology, General Oncology and clinical research or as Registered Nurse or Technician in the department of Intervention or Nuclear medicine Good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).Insights from previous hires Data Privacy AgreementI agree to receiving job recommendations by emailRead and accept the data privacy statementCancelI Agree
