The Impact You Will Make

The Technology Project Manager keeps Risepoint's most strategic technology initiatives moving by turning plans into delivered outcomes. This role is the driving force behind execution: resolving blockers, forcing decisions, and holding a fast-paced, multi-project portfolio to a standard of real progress rather than reported status.

Reporting to the Director, Technology PMO, the Technology Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, high-priority technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise initiatives. Working within the standards, templates, and governance cadence set by the PMO, this role goes well beyond tracking and reporting — it is accountable for actively managing risk, unblocking teams, and driving cross functional stakeholders to timely decisions. Success requires equal comfort with detail-level execution and big-picture prioritization across a demanding, high-velocity
project load.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, strategic technology projects, balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations without losing momentum on any of them
• Build and actively manage real project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO-standard tools and templates —treating them as working instruments, not paperwork.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive them to resolution directly rather than simply logging and escalating them.
• Partner day-to-day with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to clear obstacles and keep delivery on pace.
• Manage scope and change requests in real time, evaluating trade-offs and making recommendations rather than deferring every decision upward.
• Coordinate across interdependent workstreams, functional teams, and vendors to keep related deliverables aligned and on schedule.
• Contribute clear, evidence-based status into PMO governance and portfolio review cadence, using each checkpoint to drive action rather than simply report position.

What Success Looks Like
• Assigned projects land on time, in scope, and on budget, with issues resolved well before they threaten a milestone.
• Stakeholders experience proactive problem-solving and clear communication, not last-minute surprises.
• Multiple concurrent projects run in parallel without dropped dependencies or missed handoffs.
• Project managers and functional partners see this role as a driver of outcomes, not a collector of updates.

How Impact Will be Measured
• On-time and on-budget delivery rate across the assigned project portfolio.
• Speed and rate of risk/issue resolution prior to escalation.
• Stakeholder and sponsor feedback on responsiveness, follow-through, and communication.
• Consistency and quality of adherence to PMO governance standards (plans, schedules, documentation, financial
tracking).

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in a fast-paced, high-growth, or high-change environment.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).

Experience That’s Great to Have
