Our global clients include Intel, AECOM, and BAM, and we've raised $30M to date from top VC funds.This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious deep-tech start-up in a dynamic and mission-driven environment, driving our growth from a start-up to a scale-up 🚀You will also be helping to solve one of the oldest problems of mankind and potentially save the economy billions - not bad right? 🤘📣 What will you do in the role?We are looking for a Growth Product Owner that will own a portfolio of screens that shapes how some of the largest projects in the world get delivered. You will have end-to-end ownership, from scope creation to design prototypes that Engineers can directly pick for build. This ownership ensures you can directly express your vision on what problem to solve fast and efficiently. We embrace human direction and accountability with heavy AI tooling - you will work with new ways today, the way everyone else will be working tomorrow. Roadmap: Generate 6-week roadmaps based on the 3-month roadmaps given to you by the head of product. Own KPIs: Drive feature adoption, deepen engagement, and improve retention and expansion for your portfolio of screens, with clear targets and regular reporting on how your work moves those numbers.Test hypotheses and run experiments: Turn insights into clear hypotheses about activation, adoption or retention; design and run small, measurable experiments (A/B tests, copy/layout changes, onboarding tweaks), analyze the impact, and either iterate, scale, or kill ideas based on the data.Product Discovery: Watch sales calls, use Mixpanel, Hotjar, talk with customer success and do competitive analysis to generate new feature ideas.Elicit requirements: Establish communication with existing customers, build rapport with their users and elicit requirements for both new and existing features.  Wireframe and User flows: Use Miro to generate user flows for your new features, along with capturing how users use existing tools to solve their problems. Suggest new features and success KPIs: Propose new features using data-driven arguments for them, and present it to the Head of Product. 👓 Who you areYou have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B product management role with direct ownership of growth metrics such as activation, retention, feature adoption, not just delivery dates.Proven track record of running growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, or iterative launches), and using the results to iterate or kill ideas.You know when to say no. Protect the team from low-value work and scope creepYou are able to work with senior Engineers presenting trade-offs e.g scope vs speed of delivering a feature. You earn the engineer’s trust in the teams you have worked with. You know how to communicate the same thing to different stakeholders: Engineers, Design, Sales, other Product owners. You know how to use data to extract conclusions and hypothesis.Experience with Perplexity (or similar) where output has helped shape features/capabilityDegree in Computer Science or other STEM background. 💗We would love if you have Previous VC-backed start-up experience Experience in working with...
