We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our Primary and Community Health team at OneAdvanced. You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring they realise long-term value from their investment in OneAdvanced solutions.
What You Will Do
You will develop a strong understanding of your customers, their priorities, operational challenges and evolving needs. Working closely with customer stakeholders, you will support successful renewals, identify opportunities to expand the use of OneAdvanced solutions and help customers maximise the value of their investment.
As the day-to-day commercial lead for your customer portfolio, you will build trusted relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders, ensuring customers receive a consistent and proactive experience. You will coordinate commercial activity across customer support, Product, Professional Services and Support, lead regular customer reviews, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build trusted customer relationships, protect recurring revenue, identify opportunities for portfolio growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. By developing strong relationships at practice and operational level, you will provide valuable customer insight and contribute to the successful delivery of regional commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of Primary and Community Health customers.
- Build trusted relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders across your customer portfolio.
- Deliver agreed account objectives through proactive customer engagement and effective commercial account management.
- Lead regular customer reviews, ensuring agreed actions are delivered and opportunities are progressed.
- Manage contract renewals, engaging customers early to maximise retention and minimise commercial risk.
- Identify expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, working with the wider commercial team to maximise customer value.
- Maintain strong account management disciplines through regular customer engagement, renewal planning and accurate opportunity management.
- Monitor account health, identifying risks early and coordinating appropriate action with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline, opportunities and commercial activity within CRM.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services and Support to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve shared commercial objectives.
- Share customer feedback, market insight and emerging opportunities to support continuous improvement and regional growth.
What You Will Have

- Experience in account management, customer success, business development or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- A track record of building trusted customer relationships and supporting customer retention and growth.
- A track record of working to and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working within healthcare technology, SaaS or the NHS, with knowledge of Primary Care considered advantageous.
- Confidence managing customer relationships, supporting contract renewals and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and work proactively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer information and identify opportunities or risks.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively across internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
- A growth mindset, with a desire to develop commercial skills and progress within a high-performing sales organisation.
