- The Role
- As People & Talent Coordinator | France, you will join a collaborative and high-performing People team supporting one of the world's leading consulting firms.
- This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations and strategic People initiatives while working alongside experienced HR professionals and senior business leaders.
- No two days are the same. You will contribute to attracting top talent, supporting the staffing of consulting teams, coordinating learning initiatives, delivering People processes and helping drive key HR projects that directly support the firm's continued growth.

- What You'll Do
- Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment activities across Consulting and Corporate Services.
- Coordinate internship recruitment, including candidate interviews and follow-up.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring analytics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and university engagement activities.
- Manage recruitment-related invoicing.
- Resource Management & Staffing
- Support the preparation of the weekly France Staffing Report.
- Maintain and update staffing information within Saviom.
- Coordinate non-billable activities and staffing data.
- Produce reports and support workforce planning activities.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate logistics for internal learning programmes.
- Manage registrations, attendance tracking and training records.
- Support annual People processes including Talent Reviews, Project Feedback allocation and People Partner updates.
- Follow up on mandatory training completion.
- Contribute to People reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- People Operations
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across Advisory, Risk and TRS.
- Prepare New Joiner Induction sessions in partnership with the Buddy Assistant community.
- Support employee lifecycle transactions within Oracle HRIS.
- Monitor absences and occupational health appointments.
- Prepare employment certificates.
- Coordinate statutory reporting (INSEE, DARES and similar surveys).
- Process HR Operations invoices.
- Prepare freelancer approval requests.
- Support the preparation and issuance of employment offers through Greenhouse and DocuSign.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to cross-functional People projects.
- Prepare dashboards and management reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve People processes, tools and ways of working.

Your Profile
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional internal client experience.
- The successful candidate will bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations or a coordination role (internships included).
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle, Greenhouse, Saviom or other HRIS/ATS platforms would be an advantage.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in France.
