The Resource Management Business Solutions Senior Associate supports enterprise resource management operations through advanced reporting, analytics, and business insights. This role translates business needs into high-quality analytical deliverables that support utilization, capacity, and resourcing
decisions across the Enterprise Resource Management Office (ERMO). The Senior Associate works closely with onshore and offshore team members across time zones, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and supports platform operations and enhancements.

Analytics, Reporting & Business Enablement

• Produce, maintain, and enhance enterprise resource management reporting and dashboards supporting utilization, capacity, and workforce planning decisions
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, insights, and recommendations for ERMO stakeholders
• Identify trends, risks, and data quality issues and proactively surface findings to leadership
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for resource management data definitions, reporting standards, and analytical best practices
• Support analysis and validation of reporting impacts related to Dayshape configuration changes and enhancements

Platform Support, Training & Continuous Improvement

• Support Dayshape platform operations through uploads, analysis, reporting validation, and resolution support as directed
• Partner with Solution Support, Product, and QA teams to validate reporting outcomes and operational readiness of enhancements
• Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management assets
• Lead or support training sessions for associates and business users on reports, insights, and analytical tools
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data quality, including responsible AI use aligned to firm standards

Coaching & Team Contribution

•  Provide guidance, peer coaching, and informal training to Associates
• Support workload coordination and knowledge sharing across global and offshore team members

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications.

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel-based analysis and reporting including Power BI
• Ability to translate data into clear, business-ready insights
• Strong attention to detail and data quality
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques, including AI-enabled analytics

EXPERIENCE

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in analytics, business analysis, reporting, or resource management
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Dayshape or similar tools preferred
• Experience collaborating with offshore or globally distributed teams preferred
