We are looking for an SAP Hana Database Administrator.
You Are:
Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve Analog’s complex application problems. You have a passion to drive improvement within the full power of SAP’s Hana DB. You are a strong team player working with Sap Basis, Security, Infrastructure and SAP Development SME’s.
The Work:
- Proactively investigate and provide alternatives for complex business problems such as archiving, data base partitioning, etc.
- Using your Database knowledge, configure, monitor, alert on Sap Hana DB using the Cockpit. Nice to have - knowledge of legacy Sap R/3 Oracle/SQL DB.
- Working with Sap RISE is a plus.
- Consistently monitoring top consumers of memory and working collaboratively with the other technical SAP resources suggest healing strategies. This includes System health, DB jobs, storage, etc.
- Be a steward for SOX requirements for SAP systems in scope. Ensuring on a regular cadence all requirements are met.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with all the SAP resources both internal and external
- Help mentor junior DB administrators and/or junior Basis resources regarding Hana DB
- Serve as an expert and team player for all SAP projects from upgrades, migrations, function extensions, etc.
Travel is not anticipated for this role.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects
- Minimum of 10 years SAP Hana Database Administration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
