Headquartered in San Francisco, Remedy is backed by DCVC, Blackbird, and Tony Fadell's Build Collective, among others.We are looking to hire a HR Business Partner!What You’ll Do:Own employee experience and workplace culture, including day-to-day engagement, wellbeing initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous feedback loops to identify and address friction pointsDesign and manage career development and performance systems, including leveling frameworks, performance review cycles, promotion processes, and manager enablement for effective feedback and growth conversationsServe as a trusted partner for employee relations, providing neutral guidance to employees and managers on interpersonal matters, policy questions, and sensitive situationsManage and evolve benefits and perks programs (healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and related offerings), ensuring competitiveness and alignment with employee needsBuild and maintain core HR operations, including employee records, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements as the company scalesCoordinate with external counsel on immigration and sponsorship matters (e.g., H-1B, O-1, green cards) and act as the internal point of contact for sponsored employees throughout the processKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong commitment to employee wellbeing, balanced with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approachHigh degree of judgment and discretion, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyComfort operating in ambiguous environments and taking ownership to define and implement scalable solutionsFamiliarity with performance management frameworks, leveling systems, and employee development processesClear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbalMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related function, ideally within a startup or high-growth technology environmentApply for this Job
